INGREDIENTS
1/2 kilo malagkit rice (soaked with water overnight then ground 2x)
1/2 cup sugar
1 small coconut (grated)
sesame seeds (toasted)
water for boiling

PROCEDURE
• Shape dough into small balls using hands and flatten with palm.
• Drop dough in boiling water.
• Scoop out with skimmer as soon as they float.
• Roll in grated coconut.
• Serve with sugar mixed with toasted sesame seeds.
